On appeal, the respondent-appellant claims that the district court erred in ruling that the respondent was time-barred from challenging the arbitrator's jurisdiction as an affirmative defense to the petitioner's motion to confirm, and that the district court abused its discretion in refusing to permit the respondent to amend its answer. Affirmed in part, reversed in part, and remanded.
